We collect access / usage data, such as e.g. the IP address and the browser the visitors to our website use. We subsequently use this personal information exclusively for IT security.
Furthermore, we store or process personal data that you enter directly into the corresponding text or search fields on our website. We use these exclusively for the purposes stated on the website.
This site uses the mapping service Google Maps via an API. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use the features of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

We store your data in a protected and secured operating environment in a data center in Switzerland. Access is limited, sensitive data is transmitted encrypted and our employees receive regular training on data protection. We only save your entered data for as long as we need it for the intended purpose; after it is automatically deleted.
5. What rights do you have?
You have the right at any time to request information about the data processed for you as well as its correction or deletion at any time. In addition, you have the right to (partially) object to the processing of your data or to revoke your consent and to have a transfer to third parties blocked.

1. Web Analysis:
We do not conduct our own web analysis on our website and do not use a web analytics tool (such as Google Analytics). Thus, there is no recording of visitor and usage data.
2. Access / usage data
Web servers usually record usage data (web server log). This includes the IP address and the date and time as well as the address of the accessed page. We deliberately switched off this recording. Thus we do not store and process any personal data in connection with the use of our website.
3. Our IT security policy
As soon as you access a page of our website, we store the IP address, the date and time of access and the page itself. We use these records for the sole purpose of implementing our IT security policy. This information is automatically deleted after a specified period of one month. We do not process this personal information for any purpose other than that stated above; In particular, no evaluation, linking with data from other systems or publication takes place. We also do not pass personal data on to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so. We do not collect and store any personal data in connection with the visit to our website.
4. Registration for newsletters
Our newsletters are distributed through third party service provider “Mailchimp”, a newsletter shipping platform owned by US Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave. NE # 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. There, the registrations, which take place on our website are managed. The service provider uses the personal data only for the purpose for which we have commissioned it. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will immediately send you an e-mail containing the hyperlink to the given e-mail address. By clicking on this link, you confirm your newsletter registration (double-opt-in procedure). This confirmation is necessary so that nobody can register with external e-mail addresses. If this confirmation of registration does not take place within one hour, we will delete the e-mail address from our temporary list and a registration will not have taken place.
Confirm the newsletter registration, give the consent to save your e-mail address including the date of registration, IP address and the list name of the desired newsletter. We use your e-mail address and the personal data collected at the same time, such as first name, surname and salutation only for the administration and personalized sending of the newsletter you requested, at the periodicity indicated at the time of registration.
The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other information described in these notes, are stored on the MailChimp servers in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. Furthermore, MailChimp may, according to its own information, use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the shipping and the presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes, to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to address them themselves or to pass them on to third parties.
Our newsletters do not contain any obvious or hidden counters, third party advertisements or links to external sites that are not directly related to the content of our newsletter. Each newsletter contains an indication of how to unsubscribe from the newsletter.
5. Contact form
Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.
We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
6. File downloads
We will not share your e-mail address, which you must provide on our Downloads website, with third parties. We use them exclusively to send you information regarding updating the downloaded files. This does not happen more often than four times a year.
